3. Why We Collect It
- To evaluate and respond to your contact / PoC / demo request.
- To understand site traffic and usage patterns and improve the product and content (Google Analytics, only active if you accept cookies).
- To prevent spam and abuse (a honeypot field plus IP address and location for automated bot/abuse detection).
4. Who We Share Data With
- Email delivery: your contact form data is sent to our sales team by email (via SMTP) so we can respond to your request. It is not added to any third-party marketing list.
- IP geolocation: the IP address from your form submission is sent to an IP geolocation service (ip-api.com) to resolve an approximate country/city; this service does not retain the data for any other purpose.
- Google Analytics (GA4): usage data is shared with Google LLC only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics data is sent.
- Your data is never sold or shared with third-party advertising networks.
5. Retention Period
Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to evaluate your request and a potential business relationship (up to 3 years), after which it is deleted. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' default retention settings.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:
- Know whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information about how it is processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or erasure where legally permitted,
- Object to a decision based solely on automated processing,
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

7. Cookies
